Projects: New Church Construction as Addition to Existing School |
|
The largest stained glass panel, which rose above the entry at the original church, has been refashioned into the Mystagogia wall behind the Altar. A transparent, screen wall rises up to the light of the clerestory above.

The congregation of St. John’s had outgrown their existing church and wished to build a new Church connected to their Elementary School at a more rural location. The new Church reuses numerous stained glass panels to maintain past memories while being distinctively modern in design. |
