St. John the Evangelist Church

Projects:

New Church Construction as Addition to Existing School

The largest stained glass panel, which rose above the entry at the original church, has been refashioned into the Mystagogia wall behind the Altar.  A transparent, screen wall rises up to the light of the clerestory above.

The congregation of St. John’s had outgrown their existing church and wished to build a new Church connected to their Elementary School at a more rural location.  The new Church reuses numerous stained glass panels to maintain past memories while being distinctively modern in design.
